The Role

The role is for a CNC Lathe Programmer/Setter/Operator to machine motorsport and aerospace components from engineering drawings on a Fanuc controlled CNC Turning machinery. You will be programming, setting and operating this machine using GibbsCAM, HyperMILL or EDGECAM software from engineering drawings to machine components for prestigious clients.
- CNC Programming at the machine - Mori Seiki Fanuc controlled CNC Lathes.
- Offline programming using either HyperMILL, GibbsCAM or EDGECAM CAD/CAM software.

**Essential Duties**:

- Prepare and load parts onto conveyor system
- Set up machines to cut or cut to specifications
- Load and unload finished parts from the line
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Work with other team members to complete tasks as needed
- Work overtime as needed

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. consistently throughout the day; must be able to stand, bend, walk, climb stairs, and lift or move items up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Must be able to read and write legibly; must be able to follow written instructions as well as instructions given verbally.
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision as well as in a team environment.

**Salary**: £13.00-£17.00 per hour
