**Description**
Our Desktop Engineering team currently has an opening for a Level I Desktop Engineer to join their friendly and collaborative team.
The Engineer will be responsible for Level I desk side endpoint support including hardware break/fix, desktop imaging for onboarding requests & staff workstation moves. Acts as escalation point of contact for help desk staff, addressing break/fix incidentsrequiring onsite visits. Responsible for dept moves/relocations, hardware changes, & admin. functions including updating procedural documentation, inventory control, & asset tracking. Exhibits quick learning capabilities, picking up & mastering new concepts.
Principal Accountabilities:

- Inputs data into Hardware Asset Tracking system as required.
- Provides Level I desk side support to all CME staff, ensuring hardware break/fix, peripheral/accessory requests, and new hire onboarding requests are completed within standard SLAs.
- Provides support and performs tasks assigned as Level I hardware projects including department moves and hardware refreshes.
Skills & Software Requirements:
Experience with Windows 7, Mac OSX
