**The Company**
In this office-based job, you will play a vital part in Forecasting, Planning, Purchasing and Supply Chain Support. Working closely with other Buyers and Planners, you will ensure the smooth delivery of supply chain functions.

**Responsibilities**
This job would suit anyone with previous experience in Purchasing, Buying, Planning, Forecasting or Supply Chain experience.
- The job is a mix of the above duties, ensuring the smooth flow of goods by ensuring accurate data is used to Forecast & Plan supply chain activity.
- Create accurate Forecast and Planning reports that ensure Key Account service level agreements are met.
- Understand stock levels, report weekly/monthly on projected orders, lead times for delivery, raise orders/purchase goods, arrange shipping, update systems & other departments on expected lead times.
- Ensure the business has an effective Critical Path Management plan, potential issues in the supply chain are monitored and identified and solutions are found quickly.
- Coordinate with internal teams, ensuring prompt and accurate data on supply chain activity.
- Track shipments & expected lead times for delivery, ensuring key stakeholders are notified of any potential changes immediately.
- Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels can meet customer demands.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally educated to Degree level, but we will also consider industry experience in a similar role in either Forecasting, Planning, Purchasing, Buying or Supply Chain.
- Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills and previous experience using an ERP system.
- Excellent people, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify trends, and work collaboratively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to get solutions across the supply chain.
