Overview of role

We are looking for a creative Marketing Executive to join our growing team, to help deliver and execute our marketing plan for the UK and Ireland to support our commercial growth, using both digital and offline channels.

About you

You are an ambitious individual with a strong creative and customer centric marketing skillset, who understands the power of content led marketing and brand story telling.

Highly self-motivated, you can work independently or collaboratively within the department and across the wider business. Good communication and interpersonal skills, you enjoy working in a fast paced and changing environment. You have a solution mindset with a ‘can do’ attitude and excellent time management and attention to detail.

What you’ll be doing

Content creation and implementation of the marketing campaigns as directed by the commercial marketing strategy to support market share growth, cross selling of our added value products and education of our customers.

CAMPAIGNS
- Assist in the co-ordination and implementation of our digital ads/media marketing across search engines, industry publications and social media.
- Create on brand content and copy for marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain data lists for relevant customer and prospect segments.
- Liaise with third party suppliers including printers, merchandisers, videographers, market researchers, and professional service partners.

EVENTS
- Event coordination for workshops, large trade shows, podcasts and virtual events eg webinars and educational sessions.
- Management of attendees and delegates and associated communications.
- Support and coordination of merchandise and other details including hotel accommodation and hospitality and working with other third party associates.
- Provide on-site event support to help support the smooth running of the event.

CONTENT
- Copy writing of blogs for some of our brands including image creation, SEO and website management including Software of Excellence / EXACT.
- Creation of printed materials and digital document assets including presentations, infographics, whitepapers and guides.
- Implement website updates and ensure changes are made in a timely manner.
- Liaise with customer advocates to collaborate on content and create compelling user stories.
- File management of our marketing assets, including templates, photos, illustrations and video library. Video and animation planning and coordination.
- Producing relevant copy for PR and liaising with relevant media and editorial teams.
- Proofreading and editing.

SOCIAL MEDIA
- Social media creative, content planning, monitoring and reporting on engagement and success.
- Design and distribute content across our social platforms.
- Pro actively engage with our social audience to network and amplify corporate messaging to actively grow channel reach.

This person will help manage deadlines and provide responsive support for other marketing duties as required to help support all our marketing efforts in region.

- Excellent time management skills and ability to work to a deadline.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders both internal and external.
- Self-motivated and highly organised.

Your professional skills
- Marketing degree level or equivalent marketing qualification.
- Experience with creative design tools including Adobe / Canva.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM advantageous.
- Strong written English.
