Job Title: Caller/Appointment setter

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the market
- Introduce and promote our products or services to generate business leads
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during calls
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided for effective communication
- Document and update call outcomes and customer information in the database
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Continuously improve product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
- Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve targets
- Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM usage
- Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus
