We are looking to recruit an L&D Specilaist on a 12 month FTC to support the design and delivery of UK wide Learning and Development initiatives by planning, co-ordinating, designing and delivering Learning and Development interventions

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the design of learning interventions which improve organisational capability and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the business
- Plan, coordinate and deliver training to build capability, upskill, coach and educate line managers in the tools and resources available to effectively manage their teams
- Support and co-ordinate the delivery of group wide Learning and Development initiatives e.g. Greencore Qualifications, Trainee Manager, Line Manager Framework, Line Coordinator Framework, Induction, Development Centres etc
- Support and lead the capture of workshop and programme evaluation data for learning activities to assess their effectiveness and value add
- Support and maintain our core Learning and Development technology platforms e.g. LMS, LMF, Greencore Qualifications, Trainee Manager, Intranet pages, Performance and Talent etc
- Gather, provide and collate effective data reporting for core development systems e.g. Performance and Talent, LMF, LMS etc
- Administer, record and oversee training records for colleagues on the various learning platforms

**What we’re looking for**:

- Demonstrable track record of leading training development and delivery in a general, multi-site manufacturing business
- Track record of co-ordination and planning of training delivery
- Strong facilitation and training delivery skills to management audiences
- Great numeric ability and attention to detail/experience handling data
- Experience of training design including face to face training delivery and use of other media (e.g. e-learning, etc.)
- Experience working with line managers and supporting their learning
