Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for sharpening bandsaw blades using computer numerical control (CNC) machines. Full training will be provided, This is a full-time position that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC machines.
- Machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating CNC machines preferred
- Basic skills for measurements and calculations
