Bishop Auckland College is seeking to recruit a Positive Behaviour Mentor who will be responsible for leading approaches to behaviour management within Durham Gateway ensuring learners are kept safe and engaged within education. Support teachers in classrooms with the students’ personal, social and educational needs. Working with individual students to help them identify their own trigger points and strategies to improve their behaviour to meet with the expectations of the College.
