**Job Description**:
The Talent Crowd are excited to be working with a fantastic legal services provider who are looking to expand upon their already busy and well-respected team.
Our client specialises in Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Court of Protection and so is looking for experienced Costs professionals/Costs Draftsmen to come in and support the growth of the business by providing a quality service to all their clients. We’re looking for individuals that are committed to recovering the maximum costs available for all their clients whilst doing so in a professional manner, keeping up with the businesses great reputation
We are also looking for individuals with 3+ Years’ experience in a similar role but please get in touch should you have slightly less. Excellent technical knowledge in the area is a must.

Some but not all the responsibilities of the position are listed below:

- Drafting bills of costs, replies, and budgets
- Negotiating settlements of costs
- Conducting legal research
- Providing advice on costs matters
- Supervising a caseload of cost matters
