Retrofit Programme Lead

TristoneNash are supporting a large Housing Association in their search for a Retrofit Programme Manager. As the Programme Lead you will be working with internal stakeholders, specialist energy modelling consultants and using the latest digital asset data,you will develop the programme delivery of a (25 year+) phased whole-house retrofit programme delivering to the strategic intent of our Strategic Asset Management Programme and the outcomes defined. You will also be responsible for maintaining high data qualityin our asset management system data sources.
**Job role**:
Within broad direction set by the Head of Client Services, the role is responsible for the development of programme and procedures relating to delivery of Homes & Places retrofit activities.
You will ensure that the delivery team work with the internal and external stakeholders to guarantee that meets its commitments, monitors its performance, and evidences its delivery relating to all Homes & Place Strategy.
**Key Deliverables**:
- Act as Programme Lead working with our external PAS 2030/2035 Retrofit Team (Advisor, Assessors, Co-ordinator, Designers, Evaluator etc) and the Procurement Team.
- You will support the development, invitation and assist in the evaluation of tenders.
- Work at senior level in planning and managing multiple complex retrofit projects, within agreed governance structures. With particular emphasis around our Net Zero ambitions.
- Taking ownership of the Programme roll-out, you will manage investment planning and prepare, execute, and manage contract and project documentation.
- Collating site feedback, you will issue instructions for making good defects or undertaking variations as required.
- You will prepare regular formal reports on the progress of any contracts under your control as required.
- Responsible for data related to our asset management system as set out in the data landscape.
**Knowledge & Skills**:
- A professional qualification in built environment, surveying, building discipline or qualified by experience.
- Well-developed understanding of retrofit, particularly the pivotal position of the Retrofit
- Coordinator and other roles, their responsibilities.
- Demonstrable practical experience of the maintenance of capital works to housing stock.
- Experience preparing reports and monitoring programmes / budgets.
- Proven track record of success in contract management.
- You will have well-developed IT skills.
- Good practical knowledge of building regulations, codes of practice, PAS 2030/2035, Trust
- Mark Standard, MCS and British Standards etc.
- Ability to liaise effectively with customers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to validate impact assess to escalate data issues as required.
- Knowledge of methods to monitor the quality of data and identify issues e.g.,
- reconciliations.
- Understanding of data breaches, associated implications, and industry standards of preventing/triaging a breach
