**The role**:
**Are you an ambitious Banking & Finance Associate 2+ years PQE looking to join a team that is considered a go-to advisor for some of the most transactions in the market? If so, this prominent Bristol team would like to hear from you.**

This banking and finance department is internationally recognised for its representation of lenders and borrowers on complex, high value and high-profile financing transactions in the UK and internationally.

They have also been involved with a number of high-profile transactions and restructurings across the market, including sustainable financings and green loans.

This hire will work on a broad range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions including leveraged finance, corporate finance for PLC borrowers, real estate finance and asset-based lending.

The team is looking for someone who is technically gifted, commercially curious and outcome-oriented. In return, you can expect to be fully embedded into the full lifecycle of transactions and receive a large amount of exposure from the Partners.
