**Casework Administrator**

Pertemps are delighted to be working in partnership with an Ayrshire client, who have a great opportunity for a 3-month Internship/Fixed Term Contract.
We are looking for a bright, professional individual who is looking to gain experience in a professional environment. This role would be suited to individuals who have recently graduated or are currently working towards their degree and are on summer holiday currently.
- Immediate Start available
- £20 per hour

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with clients to collect all relevant documentation and provide first line advice and guidance
- This role will involve tasks to ensure clients are fully compliant in line with policies and procedures
- Organisational and administrative tasks in line with specific deadlines
- Collating and drafting documentation using templates

**Key Skills and Attributes**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal to communicate things clearly and concisely to clients.
- Experience of working to demanding time scales and prioritise things effectively would be highly advantageous
- Demonstrate the ability to accurately follow instructions, absorbing information, and problem solve
- Demonstration to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Show excellent office IT Skills, including use of MS Office.
