**About the role**
- Develop and oversee targeted marketing campaigns and strategies aimed at promoting our diverse range of legal services across the East Midlands.
- Conduct basic research to identify and tap into new client groups and potential business growth opportunities.
- Organise and support effective promotional activities, exhibitions, and events.
- Update website content and utilise data analytics for marketing purposes.
- Leverage our social media platforms to maximise the impact of marketing campaigns.
- Enhance and manage our customer relationship management (CRM) database.
- Propose, present, and implement innovative digital and online marketing ideas and initiatives.
- Ad hoc duties such as triaging calls to the correct department.
- Foster the working culture and boost employee engagement through internal communications and marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Prior work experience in marketing or a related creative field is required.
- Previous exposure to the legal sector is preferred.
- A genuine understanding of marketing for services, with a focus on commercial aspects.
- Excellent communication and networking skills, including the ability to handle new business inquiries over the phone.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities with a focus on effective time management.
- Capability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team, spanning all four main offices.
- Creative skills, such as a website or graphic design, and/or copywriting/proofreading, are ideal but not mandatory.
