Job Summary:
At MCCS Preston, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by providing personalized care in their homes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up living spaces
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
- Follow established care plans and ensure client safety at all times
- Provide first aid or emergency assistance when needed
**Experience**:

- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with nursing home or hospice care is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred

**Skills**:

- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
