Service Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a private client for a Residential Support Worker to join their team.

This company are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people to become an integral part of their support team.

You will support young people, aged 6-19, to be responsible for providing compassionate care, whilst guiding them through everyday life.

During the day you will support the children in a school setting and during the evening you will be supporting the children in a residential home, taking them out for tea etc.

**As a Residential Support Worker you will**:

- Strive to bring out the best in every young person by supporting and guiding them in their daily lives
- Assisting them in completion of general tasks such as morning & night routines
- Accompany them to take part in activities such as walking, horse riding, trampolining, duke of Edinburgh etc

**As a Residential Support Worker you need**:

- Be able to communicate well with young people and understand their needs
- Be resilience as you will be supporting some of the most vulnerable children in society
- Confident and organised in order to update care plans correctly
- Be attentive to young people and understand them and identify areas where you can support them

As a Residential Support Worker you can expect a salary of £21,099pa and

Once they are placed and complete their probationary period you receive a £250 bonus
