GI COO Practice Lead - National Salary Circa £70,000.

A bit about the job:
The Practice Lead will report into the UKGI Transformation Director, accountable for decision making on strategies or initiatives to drive sustained improvement in GI Change & Transformation capability, efficiency, and productivity.
You will create and maintain a centre of excellence for Change practices and capabilities in order to ensure the required GI Portfolio outcomes and identify forward looking skill and size requirements for UKGI portfolio delivery and develop a strategic roadmap, with a focus on training, recruitment, and capability requirements.
Aviva operates a “smart working” policy meaning that we spend approximately half of our time working in an office this role is based in Bristol, or Norwich.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Strong knowledge of Change Framework or equivalent approach(es).- Strong stakeholder engagement and management experience as well political awareness.- Strong and effective coaching and influencing skills to drive the necessary changes.- Track record of IT and Business project delivery.- Professional level of accreditation preferred (e.g., Prince 2).
