They are seeking a cooperative person with a high attention to detail and people to join their HR team as HR Manager EMEA and provide a full range of HR Generalist services.

As the HR Manager for EMEA, you will be the company's and the employees' spokesperson. You must adjust to the changing needs of the business while providing a customer-focused, thorough, practical, and high level of service in accordance with the policies,procedures, and legal requirements of the company.

**DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO**:

- Ensure effective communication and early detection of issues, risks, and opportunities by establishing a productive working relationship with stakeholders.
- Keep up-to-date on all aspects of employment law and best practises in HR, and work with the HR team to make sure that all changes to the law are appropriately reflected in the company's policies, handbooks, templates, and other materials.
- Offer professional and knowledgeable HR guidance, coaching, training, and support to staff members and important stakeholders on a variety of HR & ER topics. This will help stakeholders succeed by ensuring that they have the necessary skills, knowledge,and behaviours to lead and deliver their business area.
- Use data analysis to identify important difficulties in advance through staff check-ins, performance management, etc.; collaborate with stakeholders to execute essential measures; and take appropriate action.
- Assume leadership roles in all disciplinary, grievance, capability, and appeal hearings for the portfolio, as well as in the thorough coaching of managers and the production of related paperwork. providing assistance and practical answers while preservingfairness and consistency.
- Constantly assess community risks and create strategies and action plans to guarantee that all problems are effectively resolved.
- Helping the HR staff make sure that all HR procedures prioritise and adhere to diversity and inclusion principles.
- Assist the talent acquisition team in creating best practises for attracting and onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to identify and bring in high potential talent for the company, as well as to establish a robust pipeline at all levels.
- Supervise and give the go-ahead for the creation and issuance of suitable contractual papers for employment appointments, terminations, and variations.
- Provide that all new hires have a great onboarding experience by collaborating with the line managers and talent acquisition team to ensure a seamless induction to the company, including orientation, goal-setting, and HR check-in.
- Foresee future talent requirements within the organisation and create personal networks in the sector.
- Assist in developing talent mapping for continuous management.
- Propose solutions for the network's training and development needs.
- Provide career development coaching and guidance to line managers, and help them establish succession plans for critical roles and people.
- Work with the HR team to conduct Manager-specific HR training.
- Constantly analyse the population with the Director of HR and regional leads to identify any gaps for development.
- Oversee the monthly payroll while communicating with the UK payroll expert and an outside provider in France or Switzerland
- Be active in supporting Global HR projects to continuously improve the HR function: People Strategy, Talent, Employee Engagement, DE&I, HRIS and Analytics etc

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED**:

- Fluency in written and spoken French and English is desirable
- Experience as a generalist HR Manager.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, HR or a related field is preferrable, along with a keen interest in data, people, and recruitment.
- In-depth expertise in HR as well as cutting-edge understanding of current employment law and legislation.
- Outstanding business and commercial sense.
- The ability to multitask, adapt, and work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining outstanding quality and attention to detail
- Proven track record in team development, coaching, and leadership.
- Create and maintain strong bonds with important parties at all different levels.
- The capacity to drive, implement, and lead change.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong IT skills (MS Office, including advanced Excel).
