**The role in brief**:
Reception Duties including;
- Answering calls and online enquiries
- Dealing with internal and external post
- Greeting clients who attend the office
- Monitoring office stock levels and ordering stock when required
- Complete daily admin tasks so client records are up to date
- Administration support to all of the team.
- Keeping our Practice Management System up to date - ensuring all outstanding tasks are kept up to date.
- Proactive and High paced approach to work
- Promote Gravitate Accounting on various social media platforms.
- Follow our core values.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft packages and computer skills in general (including Teams).
- A positive, proactive 'can do' attitude.
- A co-operative team player - we want you to love coming into the office.
- Excellent communication skills, especially good telephone skills and a friendly approach is a must.
- Reliability, time-keeping, attention to detail and using your own initiative will be important aspects of the role.

**Salary and benefits include**:
