Exciting opportunity for a Leasing Associate to be part of the opening team of a luxury Build to Rent (BTR) development in Manchester.
Great oppporunity to Lease up a new development
**Salary**:£28,000 per annum plus Bonus
**Job type**:Permanent
**Location**:Manchester
**Work Pattern**:Monday - Friday, alternative weekends with day off in the week
With an eye for detail, it will be your responsibility to ensure that there is a seamless customer journey, with effective communication to residents and prospective residents.
**Duties and responsibilities**
- **Community Engagement - **Develop and maintain relationships with residents delivering high levels of customer service**. **Actively engage with residents through various platforms and act on any feedback to improve services**.**
- **Lettings - **Pro-actively lead the lettings functions of the building.Leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals**.**
- **Financials - **Analysing reports and lettings to determine and communicate price increases. Be fully aware of the company financial targets and interpret relevant reports.
**Experience & Knowledge**
- Experience in Leasing / Lettings within residential
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organised, flexible and dedicated
