What you’ll do
We are looking for a Service Delivery Co-ordinator with strong report writing and analytics skills in to work with our Service Delivery team reporting into Head of Service Delivery.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Edinburgh office.
You will be responsible for for supporting the Service Delivery Management team to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) identified in the relevant contracts.
How you’ll grow
Individuals who worked as a Service Delivery Coordinator for around 2 years could progress to a Service Delivery Manager role, where they will have accountability for managing service delivery for multiple customer accounts.
What you’ll bring
- previous experience in a busy administrative role
- previous experience in report writing, reviewing data and producing high quality PowerPoint presentations.
- experience using Power BI would be beneficial but not essential.
