Transport Co-ordinator

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule transportation activities for the organization
- Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
- Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including driver logs and vehicle maintenance records
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation operations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and safety standards

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using transportation management systems or software
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Problem-solving skills to address any issues or challenges that may arise during transportation operations
