**About this key role**
As our IOM Service User Engagement Worker, you will lead on the engagement of IOM service users using co design models in one-to-one and group settings to support the Service Users to share their experience of the service, allowing MOPAC and London Probation to embed servicer user feedback and input into their practice.
You will work alongside the team and service users to identify opportunities and develop service solutions, supporting an open and creative culture, plus involve IOM practitioners to amplify voices and explore challenges, exploring what is possible/realistic to achieve. We will also count on you to train and develop Experimental Advisers (people with lived experience of the criminal justice system) to design and facilitate co-design sessions, and to empower service users to attend steering group meetings to present their concepts.
Feeding into the understanding of systemic challenges IOM services across London face and promoting a holistic approach to addressing challenges are also vital aspects of the role.
