The **Student Lettings and Marketing Agent** plays a pivotal role in showcasing student properties to potential tenants. This multifaceted position combines property viewings with marketing activities. Here are the key responsibilities:
**Property Viewings**:

- Arrange property viewings for prospective student tenants.
- Accompany students to properties, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
- Address any queries during viewings.

**Marketing Responsibilities**:
Property Promotion:

- Capture high-quality property photos and videos.
- Craft compelling property descriptions tailored to student needs.
- Design brochures, flyers, and online listings.

Digital Marketing:

- Develop and implement social media campaigns targeting student audiences.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels.
- Create engaging content related to student living.

Offline Marketing:

- Coordinate print advertisements in local student publications.
- Send direct mail to student prospects.
- Network with university societies and student organisations.

Open House Events:

- Organise and promote open house events specifically for student properties.

Client Interaction:

- Collect feedback from student clients after viewings.
- Assist in negotiations between students and property owners.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of the local student rental market.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Passion for real estate and creating positive experiences for students.

Likelihood of Permanent Position:
High probability of a permanent position being offered based on performance.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in property viewings or real estate is advantageous.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
