The post holder will provide an effective project and transformation management resource. Working flexibly alongside, and under the direction of the Senior Transformation Programme Manager the post holder will have the responsibility for managing a number of projects relating to the implementation of the Community mental health framework. This will include the rollout of TRiM, REACTMH and StRaW across the system. If you have not completed this training you will be required to do so as a significant part of your role. The post holder will work closely with clinicians and clinical services, analysing information and implementing service improvements and service redesign utilising project management methodology. This post will be primarily home based but up to 25% of your time will be focused on travelling across the ICS geography for meetings and training.

**Key functions of this post are to**:
1. Provide project management support to the Head of KeepingWellNEL in the delivery of the workplace mental health and wellbeing transformation programme
2. Plan, manage and drive delivery, manage interdependencies, risks, scope, quality of deliverables, monitoring and reporting, inputs to Steering Board papers etc.
3. Provide consistent support within the ICB but also link across the seven Boroughs and colleagues in key areas of delivery.
4. Support the delivery of day to day activities including progress and information reporting and the maintenance of risk and issue logs.
5. Provide support on assigned projects and activities, ensuring tasks are actioned as appropriate.
6. Be responsible for a high standard of work when supporting in the delivery of ICB activities, ensuring they are delivered on time and to high quality standards
7. Understand and keep up to date with key strategic objectives of the workplace mental health transformation programme, ensuring alignment of plans to priorities. Liaise with Locality Transformation project managers in the other localities to assure the overall commondirection and integrity of the programme
8. Report through agreed reporting lines on project progress through highlight reports and stage assessment

Probationary Period

Starting with NELFT
NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop in sessions focusing in engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes. The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.

High Cost Area Supplement - London
This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (minimum payment of £4,108 and a maximum payment of £5,177 per annum).

9. Directly plan and manage the delivery of the KeepingWellNEL Mental Health Transformation projects in accordance with PRINCE2 and/or recognised methodologies. This will include acting as chair to respective sub project groups, as necessary.

10. Directly manage the implementation of projects and ensure that plans todeliver requirements are successfully met using appropriate project controls. This will involve some in-person meetings and training for up to 25% of the contracted hours.
