**The Company**:
San Damiano Corporation Ltd (SD) operates in the healthcare industry providing nursing and domiciliary care. The Company is currently engaged in an ambitious IT programme designed to increase productivity and continuous quality improvement employing some 70 staff comprising 30 full-time employees and about 40 agency workers.
We are looking for a dedicated Office Administrator who is interested in joining a dynamic team based in the lovely town of Guildford in Surrey. **Responsibilities Include**:
- Maintenance of IT software used for the company and providing technical support for all staff.
- Procurement, management and maintenance of all IT assets including hardware, software, networks (both LAN and Wi-Fi) as well as telephone and security systems.
- To set up and maintain Data Analytics and KPIs to determine trend for optimisation of performance, increase productivity to drive effective decision making
- To produce reports and charts communicating trends within data and to research new ways to make use of data to identify new trends
- To use statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
- Other administrative tasks which may include vendor management, doing market research and negotiating deals while purchasing products required by the company and preparing recommendation report.
- Supporting the General Manager with general office administration.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent IT skills

- You must have good numeracy skills.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
