**Reed Education are looking for a Customer Success Manager**

**Position**:Customer Success Manager

**Salary**:£23,000-£26,000 (dependant on experience)

**Location**:Flexible (UK), working flexibly between home and office available

**Hours**:Monday - Friday (37.5 hours) Permanent, Full Time

Working within Reed Education, the key responsibilities include:

- Conduct service reviews with internal and external suppliers
- Conduct school based service reviews with existing clients
- Participate in key stakeholder meetings with the contract holders
- Manage complaints and feedback
- Dealing with adjustments and offering solutions
- Working and reporting to the Education Operations Manager for regular updates
- Working closely with stakeholders within the Reed Education network

You will be;
- Experienced in delivering high quality service to stakeholders
- Able to work with teams across the business
- Able to work creatively and proactively to high customer success standards
- Confident in written, call based and face to face communication
- Able to build strong, reliable and trusting working relationships
- Accurate and thorough in your data entry and reporting
- Able to work towards KPIs and service requirements to a high standard
