IT Sales - Customer Success Manager - Infrastructure Planning Software

This thriving and well-established organisation specialises in supplying infrastructure planning software into the utilities vertical. Since inception, this business has experienced consistent growth and is seeking a Customer Success Manager, tasked with closing deals and building long term strategic relations with their clients across the whole of the UK. The ideal candidate will be a "hungry to learn" people person with a desire to be developed even further. The individual should also possess 5+ years of experience in an Account Management/Customer Success capacity. This specific opportunity represents a chance for you to put your interpersonal skills and sales experience to good use in an organisation that offers great support from within.

Candidate Skills Required:

5+ years account management/customer success experience

Degree educated in a relevant field

Candidate Skills Beneficial:

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Some experience of a utilities vertical

A stable career record

Desire to work in a big organisation
