- **Training Required**:

- **HCA**: Mandatory Training as per Care Hires compliance, Dementia Awareness for clinical staff.
- **Senior Healthcare Assistant**: NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- **Nurse**: Qualified Nurse, Syringe Driving (Desirable), PEG Feeding (Desirable).

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
- Assist with daily living activities.
- Inform physician of any relevant changes in a patient's condition or needs.
- Collect and record vital signs, such as temperature or blood pressure.
- Document medical information in patient charts, such as medical history, medications, allergies and reactions to medications.
- Provide emotional support for patients and families.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £13.00-£34.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:
