This opportunity will initially involve working on a one-to-one basis with the Director, providing full administrative support. The duties will be varied, involving everything from diary management, meeting preparation, advice preparation, processing business and maintaining the company database or liaising with external companies.

**Main Duties**:
You will support the Director in ensuring the effective delivery of administrative support to ensure that all necessary administration is completed in the provision of financial advice to clients.
- Act as day-to-day point of contact for client service to resolve, progress and conclude administration satisfactorily.
- Help the Director prepare for client meetings.
- To conduct product and investment research under the direction of the Director.
- To draft suitability letters.
- Implement any advice, once agreed by clients.
- Track any advice in progress through to satisfactory completion.
- Ensure that files are compliant and complete.
- Manage and update the task diary.
- Identify any opportunities to further refine systems.
- Write letters to clients and companies as appropriate.
- Provide a high level of service to clients to ensure that their expectations are managed.
- Perform general office administration tasks when required and provide holiday cover for team members where necessary.
- Maintain and update back-office systems efficiently.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks in the office as required from time to time.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Previous experience within financial services is ideal but not essential.
- Educated to GCSE passes of C or above in English Language and Maths.
- Possess developed skills in using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

- 9.00 am to 5.15 pm 5 days per week with a 45-minute lunch break.

**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year
