**Role Overview**
You will be highly driven with proven ability to improve paid media campaign
efficiency and increase conversions.
The successful and growing marketing team is focused on innovation and results
which ladder up to business objectives. This role does require you to be in the
office full time to collaborate with the Marketing team and other departments.
As a Media Buyer, you'll take on a crucial role, demonstrating your expertise in
media buying and decision-making. This role requires a proactive approach, not
just in executing tasks but in solving challenges, driving new strategies and
trialing new channels.
You will be able to demonstrate your experience of taking ideas through to
implementation and how that has lead to positive KPIs.
You will be commercial aware, a great communicator, keen to share ideas and
solutions based on sound marketing principals, conscientious of detail and
holding pride in your work.
**Minimum Requirements, Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- An understanding of digital media buying; including online display, social
media, programmatic advertising, video and podcasts.
- Hands-on experience in handling media budgets and forecasting/reporting
results, the ability to manage budgets effectively, focusing on maximising ROI.
- Confident in analysing campaign data to make informed decisions that boost
campaign performance. Prepare reports, providing insights and adding context.

- You must be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
- Possess the ability to communicate directly with agencies, both verbally and in
writing

Key Result Areas:
- Deploying and managing campaigns across multiple channels and brands.
- Defining target audiences to ensure campaign messages are relevant.
- Choose the digital platforms and channels that are most suitable for the
target audience.
- Successful Budget management. Taking into account the cost of
advertising on different platforms and the length of campaigns.
- Working with the Marketing team to solve challenges, ideate and identify
new opportunities. Recommending and implementing new strategies to
improve results.
- Representing our brands and implementing business requirements
conscientiously and to a high standard.
- Develop ad content that is engaging and carrying out content testing that
aims to deliver a positive ROI for the business.
Creating content that is efficient and best use of resources.
- Producing reports for the management team.
