We are looking for a business/sales administrator to help support our clients IT Products and services company as they continue to grow.

**Skills Profile**:
Previous experience in administrator role (preferred)
Experience of working in customer facing and/or internal sales role
Experience with using Sage or other accounting software (nice to have)
Experience in HR (nice to have)
**Education: Graduate**
**Operational Activities**:
New customer welcome letter
Enrolling new users on PB training
Generating reports on PB training
Setting up new customers on the support portal.
Tracking progress of support issues/assignment
Responding to and dealing with suppliers.
**Sales and Marketing Activities**
Campaign follow-ups,
Lead Qualification
Reaching out to new leads with template intro.
Setting-up calls with new prospects
Vendor setup process with new customers
Setting-up courtesy calls with customer base
Generating licence keys for trials and updating the Licence Tracker.
Notifying customers when annual subscriptions are due for renewal
**Finance, HR, General Admin**
Processing customer orders
Generating invoices in Sage and sending to customers
Tracking and chasing down overdue invoices
Dealing with Private Health provider,
Responding to HR requests,
Dealing with employee disputes,
Employee holiday tracking and management.
Employee benefit management.
Setting up and keeping track of time used on customer services projects
Notifying customers of time used on services projects
Collecting employee receipts and other info to support payroll.
Completing P11Ds for employees
