Customer Care Executive

**Job Title: Customer Care Executive/Call Handler**
**Location**: Office-based Bromsgrove (flexible options available after probation)
**Salary**: £24-25k depending on experience
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-centric individual to join a fast-growing local team as a Customer Care Executive/Call Handler. As the first point of contact with our company, you will play a crucial role in representing the business and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Answering incoming telephone calls and directing them within the business to provide customers with the appropriate support.
- Assisting customers with inquiries and following up on issues as directed by internal teams.
- Conducting general administrative tasks to support smooth operations.
- Chasing up internal teams to ensure timely updates are provided to customers.
- Handling order processing and provisioning tasks.
- Procuring stock from approved vendors and maintaining relationships with them.
- Liaising with vendors who provide services to the business.
**Requirements**:
- Strong emphasis on customer care and excellent telephone manners.
- Ability to follow up on customer issues diligently, including calling customers back and engaging internal teams to address concerns.
- No prior telecom or engineering skills required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
- Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
