INTERNAL SALES & MARKETING DATA EXEC (PART TIME ROLE)

Skopos Fabrics are an established company with over 50yrs experience in the Contract Furnishing Market. We supply Flame Retardant fabrics into various industry sectors including, Hospitality, Cruise and Ferry, Care and Education.

We work with Architects and Design practices in order to secure specifications for projects as well as working directly with upholstery companies, contractors and end users.

We have a strong design heritage with an internal design team, a sewing room and installation team allowing us to provide a full-service package for our customers.

Skopos are looking for someone to join their Sales Team based at their offices in Earslheaton.

The position is a part time one with flexible working hours (school hours and hybrid working possible).

The role is a supportive one to the Field Sales Team involving a number of activities to maximise opportunities in the market place for the team:

- Contacting existing customers to ensure they have up to date Skopos product information
- Research and prospecting for new customers and projects
- Data Management: Refining & cleansing existing CRM database, validating dormant leads
- Updating CRM Companies and contacts to create a comprehensive database for marketing campaigns
- Providing data to assist with marketing campaigns
- Follow up with customers following marketing campaigns.
- Social Media Activity with Customers and Contacts

Although this is not a Direct Selling role involving product, there will be the requirement for securing appointments for the sales team.

Previous experience is not essential but it is paramount that you have the right personality combined with good communication skills and a “customer friendly” telephone manner.

You will need to have office based administrative skills, computer, excel etc. as well as being organised.

Remuneration £22,000 p.a. (pro rata) + up to 25% of salary based on clear targets.
