In this administrative support role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of all partner enrolment paperwork, ensuring that it is compliant and recorded accurately, processing of non-compliant and funding queries on enrolments in line withinternal SLAs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Process all paperwork in accordance with requirements, including but not exclusive to compliance checking, accurate and timely data inputting, identifying issues etc.
- Contact learners as and when required in regard to missing information on enrolment paperwork
- Contact learners to confirm enrolment queries and address non-compliant paperwork in a timely manner
- Professionally handle inbound and outbound telephone, postal and electronic enquiries from learners
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate contact records for all learners on our online system
- Ensure all enrolment documentation is scanned and attached accurately and update third party systems when required
- Collate accurate learner information in relation to funding requirements
- Withdraw learners from the system if they do not meet funding requirements
- File all learner enrolment paperwork
- Action enrolment queries in a timely manner
- Provide support to other departments as and when required.

**Salary**: £18,574
