- Explain and discuss the features of available cars.
- Be able to explain financing options, warranty, and service contracts.
- Deal with customers' objections.
- Answer customer questions.
- Be outgoing and friendly.
- Make customer feel comfortable.
- Demonstrate the features of available cars to potential customers.
