The hours of work and shift patterns are: 2:30pm - 10:30pm Monday - Friday

The rates of pay are: £10.97

Main Responsibilities
- Technical data input, interrogation and analysis.
- Providing administrative support to the By-products Technical and Export teams.
- Supporting with export traceability records.
- Analysis of stock allocation for export in relation to the Live Bird In-take (LBI) system.
- Provision of sound evidence in relation to the export of goods during Avian Influenza (AI) outbreak periods.

Accurate completion and submission of reports and documents to DEFRA and other industry and legislative bodies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Advanced Excel skills
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication and organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Able to effectively prioritise workload
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Be able to work to tight deadlines
- Use own initiative to complete tasks within the timescales set
- Good administrative skills
