As a Business Administration Apprentice on our award winning scheme you will gain experience in our Customer Service teams dealing with internal and external customers. It is a great opportunity to develop your business administration and communication skills whilst gaining commercial insight.

Starting Summer 2023.

**Your Tasks**
- To develop key skills and competencies whilst undertaking placements in various departments within the Commercial teams.
- Achieving high standards in all coursework.
- Working with the team to develop competencies in our systems and processes, gaining a comprehensive understanding of all quality and departmental procedures.
- To work on a range of projects making improvements for the business & our customers.
- Communicating with external customers to develop knowledge of the company.
- Join internal & customer meetings to gain an awareness of business functions and the UK customer base.

**Our Requirements**
- For all our apprenticeships, we are looking for self-motivated learners with excellent interpersonal skills as you will be working with a range of departments. You will also need the following:

- Good standard of education, minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above including Maths and English.
- Must be competent in the use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Must be well organised, efficient, personable and have a good, confident telephone manner.
