A new opportunity has arisen to join our External Sales team as a Sales Trainee. Working with a supportive team you will receive both on the job training and support via the Sales Apprenticeship Programme.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Complete proactive sales activity
- Identify opportunities for growth and new business
- Supporting and Liaising with relevant external sales team members
- Generating / taking / quoting / chasing material enquiries.
- Enter and maintain data on CRM system
- Work towards Sales Apprenticeship.
- Filing and general administration.
- Accepts extra duties as situations arise.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- Desire to learn and progress within the business.
- Desire to work towards a Sales Apprenticeship Programme
- Ability to build rapport with people of all different levels and styles
- A methodical approach to work with excellent attention to detail
- Good numeracy skills
- Good organisational skills
- Previous use of MS Office, SAP preferred
- Driving license
