Vehicle Sales Administrator/accounts Assistant

Wingrove is one of the North East's largest, most successful family-run and operated motor groups with 3 locations across the region, employing over 70 people and representing some of the world’s leading manufacturers. We are looking to recruit a Vehicle Sales Administrator within our accounts & administration team based at our state-of-the-art Silverlink branch (NE28 9ND).
Duties of a Vehicles Sales Administrator:
- Supporting the sales & accounts department in daily controls
- Checking deal files and filing
- Support the smooth running of the sales & accounts Office
- Bringing vehicles into stock and creating vehicle packs
- Creating new deal folders and handover packs
- Processing purchase and sales of new, used
- Taxing and Invoicing vehicles
- Monitor funding systems for new and used vehicles
- Payment of Customer Settlements
- Daily Banking
Key Skills and Experience:
- Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office / Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptability to work under pressure as and when required
- You must be well organised, efficient and have a keen eye for attention to detail
- Being Flexible in busy periods is preferable, working along side Accounts Department
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £9.50-£10.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
