We have a fantastic opportunity become available for a Quality Associate, reporting to the Quality Manager at our offices in Selby, North Yorkshire.

Full driving licence and your own vehicle is essential for this role as there are no public transport links to our site.

**Duties will include**:

- Assist in logging, acknowledgement, investigation, and documenting of all product complaints including:

- Recall handling
- Regulatory reporting
- Assist in logging, investigating, and documenting all service complaints
- Assist in the creation of trending data for product complaints
- Any other duties as required by the Quality Manager or Compliance Director

**Essential Requirements**:

- Experience of working with a QMS system preferably within a medical device company

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Knowledge or experience of reporting incidents to competent authorities
- Experience in writing root cause investigations

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Full Driving licence and own vehicle (essential as no public transport to our site)
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, with the ability to work with people across the company
- Capable of working in a team and independently
- Problem solver with good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A can-do attitude with the ability to take the initiative and work to deadlines across multiple simultaneous tasks and projects

**Salary**: £25,0000 - £30,000.00 per year depending on experience
