We have great opportunities available as a **Food Preparation Assistant** at the **NEC**.

The moment you walk into our venue you’ll feel a fun, welcoming and friendly atmosphere created by people who genuinely enjoy the work they do and the enthusiasm we share through our teams.

We are looking for reliable, committed individuals to join our team on a casual basis. Hours will include bank holidays and weekends. Previous experience is an advantage but full training will be given.

If you are a dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering high standards to our customers, then we want you on our team.

**Please Note**:

- **Shifts that will be offered at The NEC between the hours of 8am and 6pm.**:

- **Applicants must be over 18 years old.**:

- **Please note, this role will require you to work around and with alcohol. This may mean you will be serving alcohol and or pouring alcoholic beverages for our customers.**

**We offer a variety of duties, including but not limited to**:

- Preparation of sandwiches, baguettes and salads
- Preparation of hot food items
- Preparation of fine dining menus
- Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety legislation
