The HR Advisor role will be responsible for advising a portfolio of clients across different industries, helping them with employment documentation and providing general HR advice and support.

**What that means day to day**:

- To provide accurate, customer focused support for all customers providing competent HR advice and identifying the point of escalation to the HR Consultants as appropriate to fulfil the customer’s needs.
- Maintain and update all relevant on-line systems to ensure accurate and efficient recording of HR advice given.
- Carry out upselling duties to our existing client base on additional Evalu-8 features, ancillaries and HR packages.
- Plan and manage personal capacity in conjunction with the HR Technical Team Manager aligned with client portfolio expectations.
- Work with all Alcumus teams to develop, grow and maintain relationships to improve and drive a consistent approach to customers.
- Work with the HR Technical Team Manager and wider business to identify and work towards opportunities for improvement.

**What you’ll need to be successful**:
You will have worked in a HR Advisory position previously with a sound knowledge of employment law and advising on best HR practice. You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in HR and employee relations.

Essential:

- CIPD Level 3

Desirable:

- CIPD Level 5
