BRC are working with a reputable Housing Association in Devon to recruit a permanent part-time Asset Administrator to provide administrative support to the Asset Delivery Team relating to properties’ stock condition and energy performance data
Main Responsibilities:
2. Assist with all aspects of asset management such as investment planning and appraisals, strategy and maintenance policy development
3. Monitor and review of action and delivery plans to ensure delivery of agreed objectives and targets
4. Assist with reports relating to action and delivery plans, changes in legislation, and good practice matters.
5. 6. Manage queries from customers, colleagues, or other external companies or organisations diligently and professionally.
6. Raise orders and process invoices.
7. Providing a high quality customer service, ensuring the delivery of value for money and providing information, advice and support to customers
Job Requirements:
1. Ability to utilise computerised systems
2. Knowledge or experience in social housing and/or construction and property
