Our client are an established estate agency with multiple offices providing excellent services to their clients. They are seeking a **Junior **Lettings **Negotiator** to join their team in Kent. You will be a self-starter with a passion for property and aptitude for learning. You will be target-driven, motivated and have a background in sales, or customer services.

**Duties**:

- Identify potential buyers and sellers
- Supporting viewings and valuations
- Be a good communicator who can liaise with customers
- Be professional and polite and able to carry out property sales-related tasks

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Be enthusiastic about property and sales
- Be a self-starter with good organisational skills
- Have a driving licence and own car
