Everything we do is aimed at providing the very best quality and person-centred support in the right location at the right time, making a real difference for the people and communities we support.

We are currently looking for a senior support worker to work as part of a team providing support to individuals with Learning Disabilities within their own home; you will either have previous support worker experience in healthcare or currently working as a senior support worker.

Everyone is different and so are the people we support: We deliver support around the needs and wishes of individuals and a valued senior support worker, you will assist the Supported Living Manager in maintaining a high quality of support, acting as a role practitioner, coaching and mentoring support workers to ensure the people supported achieve the outcomes identified within their support plans.

**Where will I be working?**

You will provide support to the manager in two of our residential services in Nuneaton (CV10) and Coventry (CV6). The second lady who lives in our Coventry location, has a diagnosis of a mild learning disability with significant impairment of behaviors, autism, depressive illness with psychotic features and Charcot-Marie-Tooth Syndrome (which limits my mobility).

This role involves managing and supporting 18 support workers across both services, with help from the supported living manager.

We tailor our services to enable people to be as independent as possible. Raising the bar for person-centered care, you'll provide support, which means not only putting their well-being first, but building and maintaining relationships with their families and friends.

We will offer a varied and interesting training and development package to develop you as a Senior Support Worker and assist you in the role.
