**Apprentice Property Photographer / Videographer for Estate Agents**
- **This is a work from home opportunity and one where you will also be required to visit the Essex based Estate Agency offices in Essex to include Ongar, Hornchurch and Loughton as and when required.**:

- **You will have total flexibility with your working hours** and will work a 40 hour working week with 8.30 to 6.00 as a rough guide. Some evening and weekend working will be required to suit the owners of the properties.
- An independent Estate Agents are now looking for a full-time Apprentice Property Photographer and Videographer.

As a **Apprentice PropertyPhotographer / Videographer for Estate Agents** you will assist on the role of taking interior and exterior photography and videography of new properties coming on to the market for sale to includeFloor Plans on properties coming on to the market.
- This role is offering variety, responsibility and use of your brain and as the business grows so will your salary so we are looking for someone with ambition. Under the Government backed Apprenticeship scheme you will spend at least 20% of your normal workinghours completing off-the-job’ training which is delivered by a training provider. This can be flexible and doesn’t have to mean 1 day out of the workplace every week. For example, training could take place online, at your place of work or at a college or universityor with a training provider or it could be a combination of these options. This training will teach you the knowledge, skills and behaviours set out in the apprenticeship standard so that you can achieve occupational competence. On-the-job training will bedelivered by your employer.

- Under the Government backed Apprenticeship scheme the starting salary is £10,004.81 (£4.81 per hour) however, to cover expenses this position is being offered at £12,000.
