Paid Social Executive

**Role context**:

One client is a market leading beauty and cosmetics brand who are embarking on a new journey of centrally activated, multi-market campaigns. We will be working closely with them on setting the process and beginning to activate a variety of different campaign initiatives across 2023 but with a focus on eCommerce.

The second client is a luxury watch brand based in Switzerland with activity focused on lead-generation and branding campaigns.

The account offers a strong opportunity to innovate and build broader expertise across digital channels, with the clients open to testing and learning from new platforms, audiences and tactics.

**Responsibilities***:

- Channel planning support, primarily providing insights to feed into all elements of client strategy and planning
- Paid social campaign set up and implementation in line with best practice
- Daily monitoring and optimisation of paid social performance against KPI’s
- Support on delivery of client reporting of media performance, ensuring timely, insightful, performance focused analysis and actionable insights
- Support on the day to day QA process across all activation, minimizing error and risk and ensuring consistent and accurate adherence to process
- Driving automation through use of scripts and API’s
- Support forecasting new projects and campaigns.
- Direct client servicing exposure
- Ensuring financial process is adhered to and budgets are managed effectively across campaigns
- Build productive internal relationships across the agency
- Experience or interest in digital media
- Prior paid social knowledge preferred, with current dated certifications
- Diligence in delivering against pre-agreed timescales
- Attention to details with an effective and efficient working style
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- All academic backgrounds will be considered
- Additional language skills are not mandatory but advantageous
