Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Paid Social Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months of experience in managing paid social campaigns across various platforms. As a Paid Social Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing paid social strategies that drive results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to ensure targeting efficiency and relevance.
Create compelling ad copy and creative assets that resonate with target audiences.
Monitor campaign performance closely, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visual content that aligns with campaign objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid social advertising.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance and discussing strategic recommendations.

Requirements:
Minimum 18 months of experience in managing paid social campaigns, preferably within an agency environment.
Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry developments.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Experience with other digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, or display advertising.
Certifications in relevant platforms such as Facebook Blueprint or Google Ads.
Experience with third-party social media management and analytics tools.
