Paid Social Executive

As a Paid Social Executive, you will be responsible for creating, managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with the team to develop and execute strategies that align with clients’ business objectives and drive measurable results.

**Overview of the Role**:

- Managing the paid activation across all social media platforms to deliver against brand awareness and performance objective
- Implementing campaigns including set-up, tracking and optimisation as well as creative asset management
- Managing day-to-day optimisations, pacing and reporting of campaigns against key metrics and forecasting spend with support from the Paid Media Manager
- Work closely with the Paid Media team to provide support and suggestions for other client campaigns
- Provide regular reporting and insights to clients

**What We Expect From You**:

- 1+ years of experience in paid social advertising
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
- Experience with paid social advertising tools and platforms (e.g. Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- We work hybrid, so you’ll be able to come to our Leicester office on a regular basis for training and team support
