**Logistics & Operations Development Manager - SAP Implementation**

**International Sustainability Focussed Materials Group - Boston, Lincolnshire**

**£55,000 - £70,000 + car allowance + bonus**

My client are a company with a focus on culture and sustainability in their practice who are going through a large scale Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations transformation project. They are looking for a Logistics & Operations Development Manager tosit within their Project team and own the WMS and TMS workstreams for logistics and warehousing operations.

You will primarily focus on the SAP S4 HANA system implementation including the EWM functionalities, devising solutions and implementing change in the warehouse and transport system development to improve processes and tools.

**What you'll do**
- Own the Logistics and Warehouse Operations workstream for the SAP S4 HANA implementation leading and planning workshops discussions and information to bring the team along with you on the journey.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement with a focus on developing robust new processes for logistics and methods for data clarity and systems optimisations.
- Be a thought leader, communicating and influencing stakeholders across all seniorities on best practice and working collaboratively with cross-functional project stakeholders reporting into the Project Director.

**Who you'll be**
- Deep knowledge of B2B logistics with focus on physical and system movement relationships and experience in warehousing and transportation.
- Strong knowledge of SAP systems, with S4 HANA being extremely desirable, especially experience around implementations or integrations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with demonstrable ability to influence and implement change with a continuous improvement mindset.

- Desire to move or travel internationally.
